I had put up a review on this earlier. Ilayaraja is committing to such film projects just to honour the requests of his long time friends. I somehow feel that IR is more focussed on composing music for projects that are close to his heart (like the Thiruvasakam in Symphony project).
Iam very much looking forward to the Tiruvasagam. Hope Ilayaraja doesn't disappoint there.
